Because of the preparation involved in providing the highest quality service for you, it is of utmost importance that the following cancellation policy be adhered to. Emergencies will of course be considered.
Cancellation Policy We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
Please give 24 hour advance notice when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule in that time slot. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice on more than one occasion, and I am unable to fill that time period, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
No-shows Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” After a first forgiven miss, you may be charged for the “missed” appointment.
Because your appointment may be closely followed by another, I may not be able to extend your time to accommodate a late start. Please plan to arrive for your appointment 10 minutes prior to your appointment time.
